Looking for a space to host a baby shower, birthday party or anniversary party?
Our unique 1920s style building is a perfect location for any special event. We have a beautiful historic ballroom that can seat 160 people for your event. We offer hourly pricing and day pricing, depending on the event size.
When it comes to rentals, Historic 512 makes it simple and special. We do permit alcohol on site, and our staff will assist with the required TABC certified bartender(s) and security.
Booking an event at Historic 512 comes with a unique way to give back: the venue is a social enterprise, owned and operated by the Center For Transforming Lives. 100% of the proceeds from Historic 512 go directly to supporting Center for Transforming Lives programming. CTL offers two-generation, trauma-informed housing, early childhood education, economic mobility, and clinical counseling services to women and their children in Tarrant County.

Whether you are hosting an offsite meeting, entertaining clients from out of town, or holding a board meeting, Historic 512 has the options you need. Our facility offers two spacious meeting rooms, a ballroom, a great room and complimentary audio/visual equipment.
