Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Historic 512 is woven into Fort Worth’s past. Every nook, from the gorgeous ceiling to the magical elevator tells part of our rich story. Despite the freedom to incorporate your own special touches, the wedding and event venue is also a great fit for couples who are looking for a space with no changes required.
Affordable
We offer the ability to host your ceremony in our Great Room and your reception in our 2nd floor Grand Ballroom. This removes the need to plan for "flipping" spaces to accommodate both a wedding ceremony & reception, as you have the ability to host both in one convenient location. There is also a Bridal Parlor and our Bishop Parlor available for your wedding party to use for getting ready.
Additionally, Historic 512 is conveniently located near several hotels and restaurants, ideal for guests traveling into town for your special event. Less than a five minute drive from any spot in Downtown Fort Worth, your guests will be thrilled with the options available to them.
When it comes to rentals, Historic 512 makes it simple on couples. Depending on the day of week, rental periods range between 8 to 10 hours! We only book one event per day, allowing our couples ample time to have a stress-free event.
We do permit alcohol on site, and our staff will assist with the required TABC certified bartender(s) and security.
Socially Impactful
Booking a wedding at Historic 512 comes with a unique way to give back: the venue is a social enterprise, owned and operated by the Center For Transforming Lives.
100% of the proceeds from the venue are used to help women and children move from poverty to possibility through comprehensive homeless services, clinical counseling, early childhood education and economic mobility services.
